CRADLE OF FILTH To Film 'Right Wing Of The Garden Triptych' Video This Weekend

March 20, 2015

British extreme metallers CRADLE OF FILTH, who are currently embroiled in the mixing stage of their new album, "Hammer Of The Witches", will be assembled this weekend on the coast of Suffolk, England, to film a video for their forthcoming single, "Right Wing Of The Garden Triptych". The clip will be shot in a creepy-looking hangar at a former U.S. military base and will feature some very perverse going-ons amidst the filth and fury.

Due later in the year via Nuclear Blast, CRADLE OF FILTH's new CD will mark the first release with the band's new lineup, which includes new guitarists Ashok (of Czech groups ROOT and INNER FEAR) and Richard Shaw (of English acts EMPEROR CHUNG and NG26).

CRADLE OF FILTH singer Dani Filth recently told Australia's "Rabid Noise" podcast about the band's upcoming album: "It's sounding amazing. It's gone back to the twin-guitar harmonies — very fast and ornate and atmospherically sppoky, but [with] lots of melody. I think it's gonna surprise a lot of people."

CRADLE OF FILTH's tenth studio album, "The Manticore And Other Horrors", sold 4,500 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 96 on The Billboard 200 chart. The band's previous full-length effort, "Darkly, Darkly, Venus Aversa", opened with 5,800 units in November 2010 to land at No. 99.

CRADLE OF FILTH is:

Dani Filth - vocals
Martin Skaroupka - drums
Daniel Firth - bass
Richard Shaw - guitar
Ashok - guitar
Lindsay Schoolcraft - keys, female vocals
